I agree with Liam.m that it's likely a Common Dolphin. For me it the colouration on the flanks and the longer beak.

They were lounging in a group in the water with their flippers sticking out ( one flipper per seal) . Definitely seals, darker and smaller than dolphins and not big enough for whales, and close to rocks. Won't swear to species level but genus I am confident. Blurry photos courtesy of Android phone.
