We really need a scale. Assuming the flowers are 5mm in diameter, it would fit into Acacia buxifolia, whose phyllodes are 1-3cm long and 2-8mm wide, with 7-15-flowered heads. It might also be Acacia boormanii, whose phyllodes are 1-3mm wide. However it has 5-10 flowered heads, which I think would be obvious. I don't think it is Acacia rubida, because the branchlets are green, not reddish. On balance, probably Acacia buxifolia.
