The first specimen is P. ellenella, but the second photo is different. I believe it is P. chrysopotama, see comment on 3381864. Both species have been recorded in the ACT in spring, so could be flying together.
I'm not sure we got this one right. The head seems dark, and the main light band in the forewing is yellower than any Anic ellenella specimens. That same band doesn't seem to be just the right shape for P. chrysopotoma, but otherwise its right for that species, and it was photographed flying with a definite chrysopotoma.
