Hi BLSHFour. I was working off the call but have a male photo that shows the obtuse angle of the dark throat. Also a female showing the buff edged wing feathers. I'll try to figure out how to post the 2 additional photos. I may go down next week as it's very close to a bird walk next Sunday and see if I can get a recording. Leaden v Satin is tough (at least for me)!
Agree...Leaden and Satin flycatchers can be difficult to separate and in particular the females and young birds. If there was a male nearby that is was recognised as a Satin then I will confirm this sighting. Certainly anybody in the future using these photos for research will see the dilemma.
