The dorsal sepals are quite narrow and not the usual cup shape. Natural variation I assume.

The flowers are also quite crowded for this species. Even though it's been a wet last year I wonder whether the dry months in between significant rain has driven variation. The Diplodium ampliatum are also very small in flower size and stem length this year on Mt Jerra...
