I think that the case does not look like that of any of the 4 Australian Metura species. It appears to be constructed in a tower fashion, like Lepidoscia arctiella, but with bits of dead leaf rather than twigs, so I think it is more likely one of the 100 or so named Australian Lepidoscia species, the case structure of larvae: we do not know.
