User's notes

In rocky creek margin of Mulconda Creek in a protected area of Chichester State Forest adjacent to Mundhuk VCA holding. Wet sclerophyll/sub-tropical rainforest. Adult specimen. Delma plebeia? But Atlas of Living Australia has no record of this species (or any legless lizard species??) from the Barrington Tops region.) No length recorded. The photographs indicate (correct me if I'm wrong!) two pre-anal scales, there are probably 14-16 midbody scales, the fourth upper labial scale is below the eye, and possibly only two supranasal scales? Note the vestigeal hind limbs. Family name Pygopodidae, flap-footed lizards.
