Jennifer . Good day !

Is this the Dysoxylum fraserianum (A.Juss.) Benth. ? :
Ref': https://id.biodiversity.org.au/name/apni/97357/api/apni-format

PS. since 2021 these species from the genus _Dysoxylum_ have had a global revision and this species amongst more Au–continent spp. have had names' updates. See the suggested identification above.

Could very well be. Was that on my list from the botanists?
Beautiful tree.

My mistaken previous identification.

Matches _Rhodosphaera rhodanthema_ ... .

Recorded further north. Not recorded in this area.
Recorded from Port Macquarie northwards and inland NW in the 'great dividing ranges' from there,
except one record in Newcastle near coastal region, Blackbutt Reserve.

By reference to the Atlas of Living Au, the Australasian Virtual Herbarium, and the Flora of NSW online PlantNet.
